Mapping Old Harlem Creek

I georeferenced an old map from 1845 of New York City to display the Old Harlem Creek in a modern map using QGIS and Adobe Illustrator showing the stream's former route. This map was created during the Lede Program for ‘GIS for Data Analysis’ with Jeremy White, NYT.
